By | 15 January 2020

January 31, 2020 will be the start of the multidisciplinary exhibition Errance sans retour / Wandering, a Rohingya Story designed by our team and presented at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (National Museum of Fines Arts) for one year, free of charge. As the documentary that we will release this year, this exhibition aims to highlight the forgotten fate of the Rohingya refugees. Victims of genocide, more than 700,000 fled their country, Myanmar, to seek asylum in what has become, in a few months, the largest refugee camp in the world. An immersive multimedia experience, this exhibition combines photographs, cinematographic extracts, soundscapes, testimonies, children’s drawings as well as a hundred statuettes by artist Karine Giboulo. A humanist and touching look at the daily life of these refugees which challenges us all, inviting us to reflect on the interconnection of human beings and the importance of solidarity.
