Truly! Here at home, in Quebec City!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"741\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/antitube.ca\/\">Cin\u00e9ma Beaumont<\/a> presents an exceptional retrospective celebrating the 20th anniversary of <a href=\"https:\/\/mofilms.ca\/en\">M\u00d6 FILMS<\/a>, our independent production company recognized for its work in auteur-driven documentary cinema, in Quebec and internationally. We warmly thank Jason B\u00e9liveau and Ariane Caron Lachance for this generous invitation, which allows us to revisit two decades of creation, meaningful encounters, and artistic commitment.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"746\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"802\">Landmark films, from <em data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"781\">Asiemut<\/em> to <em data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"802\">At Their Height<\/em><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"1211\">It all began with a formative 8,000 km bicycle journey from Mongolia to India, which gave rise to our first feature documentary, <em data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"972\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Asiemut<\/span><\/span><\/em>. From this emblematic film to our most recent work, <em data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1064\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">\u00c0 hauteur d\u2019enfant<\/span><\/span><\/em> (At Their Height), this retrospective offers\u2014every Thursday in November\u2014a journey through our films and the evolution of our documentary approach.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1342\">We, filmmakers M\u00e9lanie Carrier and Olivier Higgins, will be present at the screenings to engage in discussions with the audience.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1347\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1409\">Film class and meeting with the filmmakers in Quebec City<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1719\">The retrospective will conclude with a film class, enriched by an exchange with the public. Drawing on excerpts from our documentaries, we will present our artistic approach and discuss our editorial, technical, and creative choices.
