The award takes the form of a unique statuette created by artist Marc S\u00e9guin.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"921\">This recognition highlights the strong connection audiences have formed with <a href=\"https:\/\/mofilms.ca\/en\/films\/at-their-height\"><em data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"760\">At Their Height<\/em><\/a>, an award-winning documentary offering a sensitive and luminous exploration of childhood, parenting, and the fundamental questions that shape our lives.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"960\"><strong>Upcoming Screenings and Festivals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1027\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mofilms.ca\/en\">M\u00d6 FILMS<\/a> is also pleased to announce several upcoming screenings:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<li data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1174\"><em data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1048\">At Their Height<\/em> will be presented in official competition at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ficfa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FICFA<\/a> (Moncton) in the category <em data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1173\">Best Medium or Feature-Length Documentary<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1289\">\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1289\">The documentary will screen this fall in Montreal at <a href=\"https:\/\/cinemapublic.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cin\u00e9ma Public<\/a>, and in Gatineau at Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l\u2019\u00cele.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<p data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1397\">Additional cinema-talk screenings will take place across Qu\u00e9bec in winter, spring, and fall 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1523\">Each screening becomes a new opportunity for dialogue, reflection, and reconnection with the fragile magic of childhood.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Their Height wins the Jean-Marc-Vall\u00e9e Award It was at Chabot&#8217;s school\u00a0\u2014 the film\u2019s primary shooting location and emotional heart \u2014 that filmmakers M\u00e9lanie Carrier and Olivier Higgins were awarded this week the prestigious Jean-Marc-Vall\u00e9e Audience Award, presented by the Festival de cin\u00e9ma de la ville de Qu\u00e9bec (FCVQ).
